There's not much excitement when you're living with the old guy, but it's kind of comfortable. We snuggle up on his chair and get a nice long snooze. Unfortunately, at his age, it doesn't last long before he needs to visit the bathroom. That's when he gives me a rude awakening. I try to hang on, but he's bigger than me and always gets the better of it. Okay, okay! I get the message.
Tibbles, don't you take your fuzzy toy mouse to bed with you? As humans get older they may begin to get urinary problems -- I also wake up a couple times a night to relieve myself -- the doctor prescribed Vesicare, which is supposed to help somewhat, although I still get up three or four times -- maybe it is because I am constantly drinking cold coffee / black tea / red wine or whatever at my computer desk
ReplyDeleteTibbles, you sure look comfy snoozing between Rod's legs -- when humans and even cats get older they sometimes have urinary problems and have to get up several times a night to pee -- my MD gave me a prescription for VESICARE a couple months ago -- it is supposed to suppress the frequent urge to urinate when asleep -- I do NOT see that it helps much as I still have to get up a couple times a night -- such is old age I guess
